State guests, diplomatic missions and their attendants, and officials on official duty
Children aged 6 and under, adults aged 65 and over
National basic livelihood security recipients, persons with disabilities, April 3 Incident victims and their families
Recipients of national merit, independence merit, May 18 Democratic Movement merit and their families, and war veterans
Honorary citizens of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, their spouses and lineal ascendants/descendants
Residents of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province, holders of Overseas Jeju Resident Certificates
50% discount for those entering for academic research purposes or World Heritage Card holders (cardholder only)

Parking fees apply only on the day of ticket issuance.
Campground users are charged discounted parking fees for one vehicle per night as follows:
- Small vehicle 7,000 KRW -Medium/Large vehicle 10,000 KRW
Parking facility fees are charged separately by hiking trail.
