  • Online reservations can be made by the end of next month after opening on the 1st of every month.
    • Example) February 1st: Reservations can be made from February 1st to March 31st.
    • Example) February 29th: reservations can be made between February 29th and March 31st

※ Visits should be on a day trip, and the entry time is set for each season so that visitors can go down the mountain before sunset.

3Cautions

  • When you visit Hallasan National Park, you must follow the designated trail, and there is trail control time by season, so please check before visiting.
  • Visits are restricted when the weather reports are issued (heavy rain, typhoons, heavy snow advisory and alert).
  • We prohibit any damage to nature such as plants, insects, and earth excavation in the national park area, and in case of violation, penalties will be imposed according to the relevant laws.
  • If a safety accident or emergency occurs during your visit, report it immediately to Hallasan National Park Office or 119 Rescue and check the number on the trail location sign near the trail.
  • Hallasan is an area with severe weather changes, so you need to prepare emergency foods (candy, chocolate, salt, etc.) and extra clothes. During winter visits, winter clothes, eigen, gloves, and warm water should be prepared.
  • In Hallasan National Park, camping and cooking are only allowed in campsites in the Gwaneumsa district, and are strictly prohibited in other areas.
  • Please use public transportation when you visit Hallasan National Park, and pay special attention to theft and vandalism when parking in the park.
  • Since Hallasan National Park is a World Natural Heritage Area, please take the lead in establishing a decent culture by practicing visitor etiquette, bringing back your garbage, and reducing the weight of your backpack.
  • No disposable lunch boxes, no drinking
