Guidelines on the adjustment of the reservation section of Hallasan National Park

If you use the course of Seongpanak and Gwaneumsa Temple in Hallasan National Park, please check the following information when you make a reservation Please refer to that. 1. Tour reservation operation section: Some sections of Seongpanak and Gwaneumsa courses (Jalea Field ↔ Baeknokdam, Samgakbong ↔ Baeknokdam) - Eorimok, Yeongsil, Donnaeko, Seokguram, and Eoseungsaeng courses are available without a reservation for a tour. 2. Visit reservation start date: From 09:00 on the first business start date of the previous month - (Example) May reservations can be made from April 1st, and if April 1st is a holiday (Saturday, Sunday, and holiday), reservations can be made from April 2nd 3. Reservations per person: Up to 4 people 4. Number of reservations per person: Once a week (based on the visit date) - If you use the tour code normally after making a tour reservation, you can make an additional reservation the next day - (Example) If you go hiking with QR code authentication after making a reservation for a visit on Monday, the reservation details will be reset and you can make a reservation for a visit on Tuesday 5. Reservation cancellation time: Before the scheduled end time of entry - (Example) If you make a reservation between 8 and 10 in the summer, you can cancel the reservation before 10 o'clock, and if you do not enter after 10 o'clock, the reservation book will be processed and a penalty will be imposed 6. Precautions for cancellation of reservation - If you cancel your reservation, you can cancel it after logging in using the authentication method (real name authentication, SNS authentication) at the time of initial reservation. - (Example) If a reservation is made with real name authentication at the time of initial reservation, and if a reservation is logged in with SNS authentication, the reservation details for real name authentication are not searched. - In case of partial control due to bad weather or to change the tour schedule during full control, re-booking is required after cancellation of the reservation on the same day.
7. Every visitor is required to show 1 QR Code and ID (Passport. National idendification, etc.). We have sent QR Code to everybody who made the reservation by e-mail (e-mail from "visithalla") 8. Parking Lot in Seongpan-ak is small and filled very early in the morning. If you bring a car, it is likely that you are not able to find a parking place. We recommed you to use the public transportation (281 or 181 Bus). 9. There are no stores in Halla-san. Therefore, every visitor is required to prepare all necessary items such as food, water. equipment(sticks, crampons, raincoats and etc.) in advance. |
